Janell is an awesome person and you will love Pilates sessions with her! I took lessons from her for about 4 years until her move to Chicago. I learned so much about my body and got a whole lot stronger. Janell is very creative and is always trying out new exercises and new ways to teach. She kept it simple in the beginning and when I had injuries but challenged me and got more picky when I was feeling good. It never gets boring. I’m sad to see her move away but Chicago, you should be thrilled. You will have so much fun trying out this new studio!
