I fell and scraped my hands pretty badly before my appointment on uneven sidewalk on Berteau. Mrs. Ruano was kind enough to put on bandages for me and give me water. There was no wait on a Monday morning and the process was pretty straightforward since there weren’t any major changes for me from last year.
