ER Shoe Repair at 34th & Halsted in Chicago is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to them for over a month and they continue to impress me every time. They cut down heels, helped with dry-rotted soles, altered my dresses, and repaired zippers — all with excellent quality and care. It’s so hard to find service like this anymore. There may be others out there, but ER Shoe Repair is truly the BEST. Highly recommend!
I went here to get the soles replaced on my favorite pair of casual shoes a few years ago. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. The soles they put on are much better than the original ones. I wear the shoes a few times a week and the soles still look like new.
This place has saved me hundreds of dollars in new clothes by repairing my favorite items and extending their life. I've had many holes mended, buttons replaced, seams repaired, and shoes resoled here, and have had a few items dry cleaned as well. Their work is great and turnaround time is more than reasonable.
