The Duchossois Center For Advanced Medicine Clinic Pharmacy is a professional establishment with top-notch doctors and friendly staff who care for every patient. The facility has a well-organized layout, ample parking, and reasonable fees. With a sense of security and a beautiful campus, it provides a comfortable experience for patients and visitors alike.
Real time and visual screen prescription progress while medication is either ready, or being prepared. You actually see if your meds is ready during pickup or waiting. It makes the process a little easier.
I had my doctors appointment 2 weeks ago and my doctor stated she sent my prescription to the pharmacy. A week later I didn’t get an update. I called the pharmacy and they told me it was there but I had to sign up for Omada health first. I wish they elect told me sooner without me having to call. Anyway I signed up and called them that I had an account. Then they said they would work on the prior authorization. I called express scripts and they said my doctor had to request the authorization not the pharmacy. My 5 stairs goes to the nurses and doctors. The building itself is not great, old slow elevators always broken, people coming in just to steal stuff. Doors always broken. Restroom is a hit or miss. It might be clean but sometimes is unbelievably how disgusting and disrespectful people are with the property.
