Called D’s for a quote on replacing a 2 ton A/C unit. A family business and very knowledgeable about their craft. They beat competitors prices and were available to install the very next day to install. Install went well.
A few critiques: communication could have been better. I would’ve liked updates via phone call on progress but had to keep asking and didn’t hear back most of the time…I understand being busy. The other was final price was above quoted. The job needed a 50’ lift which was billed on top of quoted price and caught me off guard. They should’ve asked about the need for a lift beforehand and included it in the quote.
