I found Dr. Yates in 2015. After three prior botched procedures from other institutions, Dr. Yates has given me trust and gained my confidence with his honest approach and kind demeanor. But, the main reason I write this review today is because I just had a follow up consultation with Maja at their office in downtown Chicago (213 N. Stetson). She was simply amazing!
