Her office staff, including her responsible and knowledgeable office manager, Gina, is helpful and responsive, assisting with prescriptions and accommodating patient needs. Patients appreciate her ability to handle unexpected health problems by ordering the right tests and referring to specialists when necessary. Dr. Betman is not only an outstanding doctor, she is a compassionate and caring person. She explains everything in detail, orders the appropriate tests when necessary, and responds with appropriate urgency when necessary. My daughterand I both love her and feel safe and comfortable in her hands.
I was surprised to hear complaints about her office manager! Gina is extremely responsible and knowledgeable and is always responds to my messages in a timely fashion. I have prescriptions for medicines that are difficult to find and she has been great at helping me get them filled and accommodating my needs.

I have had many physicians for my medical care. I have never had a physician who listened as well, or sincerely cared for me. She always walks into the exam room with a smile, like she is happy to see you. When I developed unexpected health problems she immediately focused, wrote the tests I should have, took care of what she could, and then, referred me to the most appropriate specialist. She is brilliant, competent and compassionate. She trusts my judgment and within reason, provides me with what I need. I also moved my husband to her practice. We both believe we are well-taken care of under her medical expertise.
