Dr. Betman walks into the exam room with a smile and genuinely cares about her patients. Her office staff, including her responsible and knowledgeable office manager, Gina, is helpful and responsive, assisting with prescriptions and accommodating patient needs. Patients appreciate her ability to handle unexpected health problems by ordering the right tests and referring to specialists when necessary. Overall, many consider her the best, feeling confident and well taken care of in her hands.

She listens, is easy to talk to, asks pointed questions, honest, and has a cogent plan of how to treat you.
In my situation - she prescribed a medication (which had immediate impact) and also planned a more granular path of diagnostics to rule out anything major. I’m not sure what more you can ask for from a physician.
Dr. Shelly Betman has been my primary care physician for over twenty years. She really cares and listens. She has the ability to focus quickly and get to the problem. She literally saved my life twice for which I am eternally grateful. Her office manager Gina has been with her the whole time. Gina is very attentive and helpful whether assisting with perscriptions or completing and delivering forms. Dr. Betman and her whole staff are welcoming and friendly.
Dr. Betman is not only an outstanding doctor, she is a compassionate and caring person. She explains everything in detail, orders the appropriate tests when necessary, and responds with appropriate urgency when necessary. My daughterand I both love her and feel safe and comfortable in her hands.
I was surprised to hear complaints about her office manager! Gina is extremely responsible and knowledgeable and is always responds to my messages in a timely fashion. I have prescriptions for medicines that are difficult to find and she has been great at helping me get them filled and accommodating my needs.
