The students are trained very well before there are eligible to do services. I’ve been going there at least since 2010 before it was Douglas J and I’ve never had a bad experience. I always get a 90 minute custom facial and the experience is comparable to a regular spa for less the price. They even wash your feet as part of the whole thing so it’s a full being pampered experience. The students are all very professional. I’ve also dyed my hair here like for highlights a few times in the past or to just dye my hair a little lighter like to burgundy and I like that the Aveda dye has less chemicals than if I were to any salon. I went for a facial yesterday with Brittany and had an amazing experience. I've had facials before but never at a school so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased with Brittany she discussed my skin and the products that would benefit the most. I left relaxed and very happy with my fresh face for the holidays.
Nicolette did a wonderful job on my hair and it was extremely even and what I asked for. When she wasn't sure she brought in an educator and made sure everything she did was right. She was very nice and it was a lovely experience.
