Called to ask how much to feed in curly human hair into my natural hair (without adding braiding hair) and she claimed they don’t know how to do it? Then she started yelling when I tried explaining it & hung up on me. Very weird vibes.

They do a good and efficient job. Prices are comprable to any other shop. I appreciate that they accommodate your schedule as best as able, I’m often making last minute appointments. I get a lot of compliments on my hair following.

I went in for Boho knotless braids and was absolutely 100% satisfied. She was fast yet efficient and I am absolutely in love with my hair! I cannot say enough positive things and the price was reasonable will definitely be coming back!

I got my hair done here yesterday and I am HIGHLY disappointed with the outcome of my hair and overall experience. The lady doing my hair was very aggressive!! She was hurting my scalp and braiding extremely too tight.
She was yelling and screaming at people on the phone my entire service… literally not one moment of peace.
I asked her to please braid my hair looser because it hurts really bad and she continued to braid it the same.
I have relaxed hair and I was unaware that when braiding relaxed hair it would stick out of the braid and have to be cut off for the braids to look neat because they didn’t communicate this and ended up having to cut large chunks of my hair.
She put tooooo many braids in my hair! It doesn’t look good. I wanted a more natural look where you can see my parts/scalp. These braids are OVER CROWDED. I hate them and I really regret going here and paying them $230. My neck hurts and my back because of how heavy these things are.
Horrible service! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
