Well, to begin with Diamond Home Service was very prompt. They were on time each time that they came. They were quite courteous and very welcoming. They did an excellent job. They told us everything that they were doing basically step-by-step. They cleaned up the areas that they worked in. They were very considerate of our property. Diamond’s representative Brad explained the paperwork and the procedures clearly. And each person that my husband and I were in contact with was very personable, professional, and very friendly so my all overall experience with them was great. My family has used this company for many years. Interacted with owner directly for replacing windows today. We have referred many family and friends exclusively to this company. The owner was very professional and compassionate and the company has been in business for over 50 years. Excellent services as always!

Mr. Craig Diamond was courteous and very understanding. He addressed all of our issues and concerns in a timely manner. If any reason should surface, in which we are not happy, he promised to send his crew back out to take a look and fix whatever is needed if anything.
