I was an electrolysis client of Diamond Beauty for about 7 years. It took time, but my hair is gone and it's not coming back! The owner Michelle is very personable and manages to make an unpleasant experience quite pleasant with her sunny personality and demeanor. The office is private which is much better than walking through a busy salon post-treatment. Michelle is also accommodating with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. I highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for lasting results!

Waxing is a sensitive topic, as is the procedure itself. Its important to feel comfortable and clean and Diamond was. Its a small office in a big high-rise right on Michigan and Wacker. It seems to be run mostly by the owner herself. She was a sweet woman and really chatted you up so you would feel comfortable. Although she was nice, I've definitely had better services in the past. She was a bit messy with the wax application and should invest in some topical pain relief for her clients. I took a risk going to a place that did not yet have any Yelp reviews, but with its super convenient location, I could not resist. Will I go back? I think I'll be trying another... read full review
