CustomEyes LaSalle has a team that is always helpful and accommodating. The store manager is amazing. The staff, including opticians and stylists, are friendly, kind, and professional. They have a wide selection of unique glasses, including stylish options like Masunagas. Customers appreciate the exceptional service and pleasant attitudes of the staff. The business has a great ability to work with vision policies, making glasses more affordable. Overall, CustomEyes LaSalle provides a great experience, making customers feel at ease and valued. They have a loyal customer base, with some customers traveling from far away, like DC, to visit the store.
Stephanie is back downtown! She is an amazing optician, optical stylist and solver. I have the coolest glasses at half the fee because Stephane also makes miracles from vision policies. Thanks again Stephanie!
Loved my experience here. Dr. Katsevman was very kind and patient with me as I am not easy to deal with sometimes with all my questions. She was great and professional and made me feel at ease especially bc I'm an anxious patient. She has excellent bedside manner.
Also, the staff at Custom Eyes was wonderful and had very pleasant attitudes! Sacora and Stephanie and the other lady were very friendly, kind and helped me pick out a pair of glasses. I was treated very well by everyone and will be back.
This place has the most unique glasses I have ever come across any boutique. I intended to just get one pair and ended up leaving with 3. Jackie and Stephanie were wonderful to work with and I had the most exceptional service. I live in DC but I still come here for the glasses because I know the level of service I get will be superb.
