Our family used CHC for relatively short time before our mother passed away. They were great - responsive and caring. Katya in particular was amazingly helpful, both in arranging for care and for setting us up with a wonderful hospice care provider.

I highly recommend CHC, and especially Siobhan S., the Nurse Manager at Lincolnwood Place. Like many people, I was new to navigating the complex and ever-changing needs of an aging parent, and Siobhan was an invaluable guide every step of the way. She consistently provided support with kindness, wisdom, genuine care, and a high level of professionalism. My Mom is 92 years old and living in an independent community in Evanston where Custom Home Care (CHC) runs the Wellness Center. CHC has been so responsive to my mother’s needs when she becomes ill. The staff is caring, capable and readily available. Their caregiving staff is stellar. Highly recommended!
