July 2017: We ordered 5 more windows from Crystal on our new house in Indiana: a 5-panel casement, a 3-panel casement, a 1-panel casement, and two double hung windows. We ordered their top of the line windows with argon filled glass, and tinted. The 3 and 5 panel casement windows are a beast, made with excellent attention to detail. Maybe the people below ordered the cheap windows from Crystal. However, although we ordered their top of the line, the price beat out Anderson, Precision, Preferred, Clear Guard, and another Indiana company by far. So far we ordered 8 windows from this company and all are excellent. And of course, we selected experienced installers who did a great job. We also took a look at windows at Menards and they do not compare to our windows. Buy Crystal's top of the line and you can not go wrong. Regarding delivery, we had no problems getting our windows made on time. In no way is this a fake review. In fact our installer ordered Crystal windows for other customers in Indiana. Both orders took 4 weeks for mfg and delivery. Tips for ordering a window from Crystal: (1) Go visit the showroom yourself on 35th street and check out the windows. You can get a price straightout, exactly, from them in writing, at the factory, just by knowing your window measurements. (2) Now, select only an experienced, trusted installer. Have him or her, remeasure your windows, and you can either order yourself or your installer can order for you. IF you order thru a 3rd party, be extremely careful who you select. Remember, you got the original quote and no one can add on ridiculous amounts of money for the sale. Order their top of the line windows. Do not sacrifice on quality. Do all that, and you will help yourself in quality, price, installation, and delivery.

Price was great. Sales rep. was professional. Gave me estimate in few minutes. Installers were easy to work with fairly neat and fast. windows gutted and installed in one day. Job looks clean and sharp. Got to Love the 5 years warranty. Compare with other company only offer 1 year.
