So impressed by Companion Animal Hospital! I appreciated the time they took with me and my puppy, and I was impressed by how thorough they were and their dedication to education of the owner. I feel lucky to have found such a positive place to bring my sweet pup!

I had an excellent experience with the doctors at the animal hospital. They were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with both me and my pet. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.

I have been seeing Dr. Cheryl for many many years. She has taken care of 5 of my own dogs and many of my families as well. She is one of my favorite people and an extraordinary vet. I trust her wholeheartedly!

This is a corporate chain. They're based out of Miami, FL and this explains why there are offices all over Chicago. It's the fast food of vet offices. They care more about profits and volume than pets. In the course of a year, we never saw the same vet twice. They run behind, appointments are meaningless, and they rush in and out. They saw my dog and offered barely adequate care, but every single time screwed up his medications. They also won't refill your pets meds with Costco or any other provider. You have to drive in, get the script, and then physically take it somewhere else. Which is absurd. They wanted constant appointments to write the same scripts. In other words $ is more important than your pet. We gave them a chance with several appointments and the good ratings we saw here but never again. TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU LOVE HIM/HER!

Pacha has been a patient here for some time now. Pacha is a 7yr old reactive pitbull and the team is very supportive and accommodating to him. He recently had an ear hematoma and the team was very friendly and caring. They are well trained in trauma informed care. I highly recommend this location and their entire team!
