Got serviced through AHS. I was reluctant based off these bad reviews, however, I was impressed by the quick and constant communication and service done by Comfort.

We called American Home Shield on Wednesday, because of our furnace went out early in the morning. Adrian from Comfort Temp Heating & Air was sent out Thursday. He said we needed a new gas valve. It was ordered and he came back Friday. We were thankful because Saturday was going to be 12 degrees. Adrian fixed it and now the 5 of us are sending our thanks to him and Comfort Temp.

Comfort Temp Heating & Cooling is by far the best HVAC service repair company in Chicagoland. They are thorough, honest, and very professional. Other service companies do a quick run and talk down to you in an arrogant manner, but Comfort Temp really explains to you eye-to-eye what is going on and does not make you feel like you are taken advantage of. Jesus is hands down the best technician ever and Bernice in scheduling is an absolute sweetheart! We are very happy with their service and professionalism!
