Adrian was awesome! Knowledgeable, professional and kind! Had a horrible experience with a prior contractor through AHS. This visit made up for it. Please know that customer service matters!

A service request was put in through to Comfort Temp Heating and Cooling llc last Friday via American Home Shield home insurance. They called my spouse the next business day, which was today Tuesday, since yesterday was a holiday. The appointment was set up for 2-5 pm and they were here within that scheduled time. And they fixed the problem with 1-2 hours. Definitely will recommend them any day. Our ac is working again and thanks for your help today!

I have American Home Shield warranty company. I awoke to a cold house this morning. I was assigned Comfort Temp and they came out within 2 hours. I was afraid I might not get a visit until next week. They had an appointment within 2 hours and came within the time window they had given me. Adrian was my HVAC tech. He was personable and polite. He put on shoe protectors and fixed my problem (an igniter) quickly. I recommend both he and Comfort Temp.
