I came across Cindy's website when looking for a massage therapist, and found so much more! The mix of techniques that she brings to the table is truly unique, and I always leave sessions feeling more aligned, less tense, and relaxed. I have dealt with a series of issues in my feet over the past 15 years, and she is one of few people I've been able to fully trust to work on them in all these years. She has also replaced some of the more aggressive bodywork I was getting elsewhere for alignment / postural issues with techniques that feel gentler and get the same results. Cindy is a truly gifted practitioner. She not only provides massage, she partners with her clients to heal long-standing issues of pain or reduced mobility. While I joke with her that I leave a session “massage drunk,” so fully relaxed I shouldn’t be trusted with any complex decision-making, those results last and I find myself more aware of my body, more aware of where I hold stress and tightness, and that awareness can often allow me to release the tension on my own. I adore Cindy! I am a professional circus artist and it's been a struggle to find someone that actually understands what my body needs based on the work that I do. Cindy listens better than some doctors I've been to to understand how to best help me. Her focus on healing and supporting the body's natural healing process has made my job and life better and easier. I have been and will continue to see her for a while!
