I cannot recommend almeda enough! Her techniques were very sophisticated, and she even explained the reasoning behind her focus and pressure level. I received advice from her about my tightness and she gave me some exercises to do at home. Booking is through the number. You can call and leave a voicemail or text. I hope she gets a website soon! Almeda is very sweet and acknowledges you as a person to know, not just a client in a time slot.

This massage was so good! She knew exactly what to do to target my back, and always asked if the pressure was okay. The space is very relaxing, and she is very knowledgeable about all kinds of massage therapy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone in Hyde Park looking for a way to loosen up!

Kierah is very knowledgeable about biomechanics and myofascial pain. I highly recommend her treatment. The Yelp address is incorrect. She's now located at 1515 E. 52nd Street 3rd floor.
