I cannot say enough good things about City lights. Lucy did my make up for my wedding and I felt like the most beautiful bride. The overall experience when dealing with Lucy was pleasant and professional - all communication and questions were answered in a timely manner and prices were very fair. She paid attention to details; listened to what was wanted and what was disliked, she was able to performall tasks quickly and calmly in a fast-paced, busy environment. Paula is absolutely amazing. She is professional, friendly, flexible, honest, and she is a true artist. I felt beautiful all day long. My makeup was on point and lasted for 10+ hours. I am looking for an excuse to have her do my makeup again. It was worth every penny.Service: Makeup services
