City & Suburban has serviced our HVAC system twice, over 5 years apart. Each experience was positive. They addressed our needs, answered our questions, and didn't try to upsell us. Both techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Today, Eddie showed up when expected and fixed our AC within 45 minutes. If you call the office, you may not get an answer if they're busy. But we entered a service request on their website and got a call back.

Outstanding work! AC/Furnace needed replacement. Two other companies would not even quote the job due to the roof location of the compressor. C&S H&C came and provided a quote on very short notice. Most technically sound solution for our preference and price was competitive vs other quotes. Installation was scheduled right away after quote acceptance. Everything was installed within the day and so far working good. Kudos to the crew that worked so hard under 95F to get that compressor up on the roof! Thank you!

Rob and Carissa were soooo helpful! Rob made it out super quick for a same day AC repair, and Carissa was great staying on top of my slow-replying HOA to get the insurance info processed before Rob showed up. Prices were reasonable (very middle of the road for quotes I received), and as I heard in my neighborhood’s Facebook group I was referred from—absolutely no pushiness on trying to oversell/upgrade my super old AC unit. Will def use again!
