When I came to Chiro One Hyde Park, I couldn't walk more than a couple of blocks at a time. My lower back and my shoulders hurt all the time. The pain would not allow me to sleep more than 15 minutes at a time all night. I recently walked 18 miles along the lakefront. Doctor Thom and his crew are a bunch of Angels. I sleep well and dream about them sometimes.
