I drive hours and stay overnight in a hotel just to go to this place. I plan my PTO around visiting this place. Clean, amazing saunas, great food, good beer selection. I typically spend at least four hours each visit. Amazing

54th sauna/banya review: A great Sweatlodge. Facilities in good order. Great chill out spaces. Lockers seemed clean and appreciated the out and indoor seating. Banya itself didn’t feel as humid as I’m used to expecting in banya. Still a great heat and the smell of the birch in the room was intoxicatingly wonderful. Upper bench was the real deal. Cold plunge was a great temperature. This is probably 4.5 rounded down. So close to 5 stars.

I had an incredible experience at Chicago Sweat Lodge! The environment was calming and perfectly designed for relaxation, and the sweat session left me feeling completely refreshed and renewed. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience seamless.
