    Chicago Spine and Sports is a chiropractic and pain management center that stands out in Chicago, IL due to its evidence-based, integrated approach to patient care. They offer various treatments such as Active Release Techniques®, cupping therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, IASTM, personal training services, myofascial therapy, and the McKenzie method. The staff utilizes symptom and movement-based classification systems to create a unique treatment program for each patient. Patients have praised the care, knowledge, and skill of the doctors at Chicago Spine and Sports. Dr. Donahue was very thorough, has a wealth of experience, and took great care of a patient's neck and arm pain. Dr. Douglas Krebs has been exceptional in accelerating recovery and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and explains everything clearly. He is highly recommended to any current or former athlete dealing with injuries or chronic issues. The doctors take the time to explain the cause of pain and provide one-on-one care. The facility is described as great, and the staff as caring. Katherine at the front desk is always very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. She is friendly, helpful, and welcoming to everyone, making scheduling and visits seamless and pleasant every time. The center's approach to chiropractic care is highly recommended by patients, who appreciate the personalized attention and effective treatments provided.

We utilize symptom and movement-based classification systems to develop a unique and distinctive treatment program for each patient. While chiropractic adjustments are essential, they are only one healthcare tool. Some patients need adjustments, others benefit from muscular manipulation and a majority of our patients require
