Just did the tour this past week on my trip to downtown Chicago and this is by far the best attraction the city has to offer. Dylan was our guide and did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable about the buildings and the city of Chicago.
The docent and crew were amazing and I learned so much and the architecture was astoundingly beautiful! Only taking away 1 star because we were given ponchos after the initial downpour and not in anticipation of the rain we knew was coming. I had an umbrella and assumed the risk when I booked the tour, but having that poncho beforehand would have been appreciated. That being said, I would absolutely do this tour again!
The boat was incredible and offered delightful views of the architecture surrounding the Chicago River. Our docent, Tyler, was incredibly knowledgeable about the architects and different types of buildings. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The 90 minute tour is highly recommended.
