Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor has been servicing our home for over a year now, addressing our furnace and a/c issues. From the office manager Erica, to the field technicians, to the owner... they are very customer service oriented. I feel like they have looked out for my family's best interests every step of the way. Our house was renovated in 2017 which included adding a second story to our bungalow. There are now issues arising due to the unit models we purchased and the ventilation design. I signed up to be a VIP member, paying an annual fee, when issues first started presenting themselves last winter. So glad I did, because the discounts I've received since have pretty much covered that annual cost. Also, it forces you to get an annual evaluation which is a great preventative measure to ensure a bigger more expensive problem doesn't happen down the road. Everyone we've dealt with has been very professional and knowledgeable. I most recently had a dryer issue where it produced a burning smell. Unfortunately for me it was a vent issue and not a machine issue, which meant the warranty was void. Raphael, the owner of the company, presented me with 4 scenarios to resolve the problem. 3 of which would not involve his company including the one that would incur the least amount of immediate cost. He also showed me how to change my humidifier filter so I could do it myself from now on instead of paying them to come out every year. Their honesty and commitment to saving you money while also providing top notch service is 5 star all the way. Highly recommend!
