I am a nonbinary individual with complex psychiatric conditions. Everyone here respects my identity and pronouns. All the workers from front desk, to nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. Dr. Shinde listens to me and I don't feel like I'm crazy when talking about some of my severe symptoms. His knowledge on which psychiatric medications will help me is vast. I feel like I have a team here instead of having all my doctors be from different clinics. I go here for my hormones and I go here for my psychiatry. I might even transfer therapy, but I have established a great relationship with my current therapist, so I'm on the fence. It's just nice to go to the same office for everything else instead of separate clinics. It feels holistic here. The wait times can be a bit long some days, other times there is no wait at all. But I feel like that's most medical offices anyways. I love that they text and call with reminders and confirmation. The patient portal is convenient. Love this place!

Very professional and courteous service. Detailed with follow up calls and taking time to answer all questions. Even a small parking lot in the back in an area that is very convenient but usually would be impossible to park in that area.

Have been twice now for rapid PCR COVID tests - and they’re efficient, organized, quick and reasonably priced - and in a convenient location with a bright/clean space. Very much appreciated.
