SN did a wonderful job cleaning my sectional couch! They were very quick to respond to me and easy to work with. They use pet safe cleaning agents, which is greatly appreciated. 10/10, would definitely hire again.
The are very responsive and my technician was very efficient. He cleaned my 8,000 sqft office in 3 hours and was able to get many stains out of the carpet that I was sure would be permanent. This was my 2nd time hiring them and we will definitely hire SN again when we need carpet cleaning.
After reading so many positive reviews, I contacted Chicago Carpet Care for some long-delayed carpet and furniture cleaning. They were professional and responsive from the outset, setting an appointment within a few days and accommodating my schedule. The technician, Dan, who performed the work was exceptional -- skilled, personable, and determined to remove every possible spot!
