Have used this company exclusively for at least the last 6 years both in Chicago and now at my new address in the western suburbs. Extremely fair pricing. Always excellent and professional technicians. Always on time as well. I’ve had carpets cleaned every time and am always pleased with the finished result. You can’t go wrong with this company.
Just had our second wonderful experience with Chicago Carpet Care. We had two rugs cleaned as well as our sectional sofa, which we had considered towards the end of its life due to years of heavy use and dirtiness. It looks almost new now. They must have spent two hours cleaning every nook and cranny of it. Rugs look terrific, too. Couldn’t be happier.
I sent a request for quote at 11:00 AM and they were able to have someone at my house, same day, by 1:30 PM. They are incredibly responsive and do great work. I’ve used them twice. Once before welcoming a baby home (where they cleaned both carpets and furniture) and once before moving out. It looked so good our HOA even had them do the hallway staircases. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good service for an affordable rate.
