Awful. Just plain awful. If you are considering opening a business bank account at Chase...don't. Their customer service is terrible. If everything goes ok it is fine. I had a check stolen and cashed and their 'help' is nothing short of pathetic. Waiting for months on end for my money back. They refuse to do anything but walk on eggshells with the other bank that cashed the check. I have over 10 accounts and I am actively looking for a better option because they just don't care, so either do I. Look elsewhere...seriously.
