Chas Heating & Air Conditioning

We've been using Chas for the heating and air conditioning needs of our multi-family home for over 9 years now. When it comes to our furnaces/AC, we only use Chas. They are soooo nice. They are fast and I know I'm not going to get taken advantage of. The pricing is fair and the work is great. I can't say that I am loyal to all of our service providers because I just haven't found people I trust in other areas. I trust these guys. They are wonderful.

I could not be happier with Chas Heating. Our 17-year old air conditioner that I had been warned was ready to die went out on Sunday when it was 85 degrees. I called the number thinking I might be able to leave a message and hopefully they would call me on Monday. 15 minutes later Charles called me back and said he would come by on Monday morning. It turns out our 17 year-old compressor that still ran R-22 refrigerant died. He gave me a quote to replace it and the old coil with a new more efficiently sized R-410 system. Charles said he and Scott would be back to install at 9:00 on Tuesday. They were a few minutes early on Tuesday and by 2:00 we had our new system installed and working properly. The price was reasonable and they cleaned up the premises. Highly recommended!

Not only do they do good work they are also great guys! I had a new air conditioning unit put in a month ago and it has been running great. They are professional, punctual and extremely courteous. I will definitely be using them again.
