Office staff are kinda rude
I recently had a visit I’m highly upset coming in with a broken foot which I was scheduled for properly asked questions to come from far south side to get told they won’t see me not even try clearly see me injured and said go to stroger hospital I’m so upset I pay taxes to get treated not fairly they was super unprofessional and not even certain with policy I recommend if you don’t have good or insurance at all don’t even look at these hospitals way they not really for the people they are clearly for the money
Dr. Milap Patel performed my foot surgery 8 months ago, he did an excellent job! He and the whole team and the experience throughout my healing process has been great...well, minus the broken foot, ha!
