Did have a problem with the man at the counter...told him I heard the advertisement on radio..$3.00 special being offered from 1-4pm...he said I would need a coupon... mentioned that I had no coupon,said I could not get the special on 22nd St.in Chicago...went back and forth with him....I decided in my phone to pull up CD Cleaners,saw the special...showed it to him and he scanned the number I showed him... don't know why I had to go thru changes at the counter...feel it was a waste of time when others were waiting for service.

I used to have my clothes and throws cleaned at CD prior to the Covid, and was always satisfied. Revisit CD One Cleaners for the 1st time in a couple of years a few weeks ago twice. I was very satisfied with the work. There's all new staff but again they were very helpful and professional. Yes, would be going back again.

I had to get my order redone I asked for heavy starch but I didn't get it in my blue jeans so I had to take them back and I had a fall jacket that had to be returned because it didn't look cleaned, but when I got everything redone it looked ? good.
