My dog Nala was incredibly scared and reactive to all animals when I rescued her from the shelter. Taking her for walks or going anywhere in public was always difficult, scary and stressful. We tried treat based and positive reinforcement training with two other companies but nothing worked. With Jesse’s training Nala’s life and my life have become so much more peaceful. She is more confident and less scared on walks and in public. She no longer lunges at other dogs or pulls me around on the leash. Grateful to have this training under my belt.
This daycare and boarding program has been a life saver. Beyond reinforcing our training throughout the day, they actually understand how to handle dogs. Most daycares we have tried simply put the dogs in a room for the whole day for constant play, which is a recipe for disaster. Canine takes the time to learn your dog's quirks and personality to set them up for long term success. They also work to reinforce training throughout the day!! I never have to worry about Remi when she is with the Canine team! I find it incredibly hard to fathom that anyone that actually talks to them/utilizes their services would say anything negative about Jesse and his team. Their ecollar training has allowed us the comfort to take Remi literally anywhere and feel safe/relaxed. Pictured is Remi out on the town w/her ecollar and post daycare snoozing.
Canine perspective has worked miracles with very anxious and reactive dog. Its structure keeps him active and engaged during the day without overstimulating him (something we had happen at other daycare places). The staff are incredibly conscientious and caring but still reinforce the training he’s had. It’s definitely not the fanciest place around but, for our money and our dog’s needs needs, it’s definitely the best.
