John Brown is excellent--knows his stuff. He is responsive. However some of his workers change because they are not willing to get up as early as 5 am or grind late in the evening. So, he can't be a one man show. But when he shows up, you get the best. When someone he trains shows up, you get the best. We always call John.
Hands down the best I've experienced in the business! As a homeowner and real estate investor for over 20 years I've dealt with the plumbing trade routinely. My most recent issue came about as there was definitely something blocking my sewer line. Having a household with 4 people this can prove to, not only be inconvenient, but extremely devastating to daily life. Any amount of water from flushing the toilet, showering, laundry or dishes would almost immediately result in a backup of water flowing into the 1st floor tub and/or from the toilet.
