Great Honest Service!!! I called Burris & Sons to check my home for carbon monoxide after my alarm went off. The technician was very helpful! He talked me through possible triggers and hazards. In the end I replaced my detector and didn't need to spend hundreds on service. I just needed to replace a faulty alarm. Thanks for your honesty!!!!
Mr. Burris was truly a blessing to my family today. I have a newborn at home, and in this heat we were really struggling after two other companies failed us — one had us waiting for days, and another had us waiting for hours even with a set appointment.
Instead of making us wait even longer, Mr. Burris helped me over the phone and patiently walked me through everything step by step. Because of him, my little family and I are finally back in AC.

Mr. Burris and his team are awesome! He and Rodney came to our newly purchased home after a serious gas leak was found by Peoples Gas and was able to rectify the issue. He actually saved us thousands of dollars. He also walked us around our new home and pointed out other items to keep an eye on and suggestions to address.
