I contacted Burks heating with a furnace outage in the winter on a weekend and they came out and quickly resolved the issue and got my heat working. That was 2 years ago. I just recently had an air conditioner issue and they again helped out. I would highly recommend Burks fore any heating or AC services. Their personnel are polite and knowledgeable. Rose C.
Very honest and good technician. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because I had to wait all day for him, but he was very apologetic and explained that he had a new install that went way longer than expected. He will be my go to HVAC person from now on.
I reached out to Burks on a Sunday after reading a few of their reviews. They were able to come out immediately (within the hour) and found a way to get my 2 AC units up and running. 1 AC Unit had stopped working and the second unit while working was not sufficiently cooling the home. He did a thorough cleaning of the units, diagnosed the issue, and was honest with me that there was a leak in the system and that I would need to replace the AC units soon. However, he got them both up and running to buy me some time to replace the units when I could. The pricing was fair and the service was extremely responsive to come out within hours on a Sunday.
