I had Michael come out to my place to quote a project I was ready to move forward with. He mentioned he’d follow up within a couple of days, but it’s now been more than two weeks.
I wasn’t given a direct number for Michael, so I tried reaching the company through their main office and left multiple voicemails, none of which were returned.
Not sure what happened. Could just be a busy period or something slipping through the cracks, but sharing this for awareness, as responsiveness is an important part of the process when planning a project.
I had the pleasure of working with Budget Construction for my bathroom project, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I worked closely with both Michael and Geovanni, and they were amazing from start to finish.
They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.
