I went to the Buddy Bear on 70th South Chicago to hopefully wash away tree sap stains that settled on my vehicle. I went through the wash the first time and noticed the stains were still there. I spoke to a attendant by the name of Maria, who was very polite and knowledgeable about my dilemma. Maria allowed me to go through the wash a second time , free if charge, which didn't do to much better. Maria gave me some helpful advice, to remove the stains, that worked out perfectly. I will be taking my vehicles back to Buddy Bear due to the excellent service I received and advice I received by Maria

My name is Derrick Spradley and I needed my car washed. An employee named Maria Harris was extremely helpful and instructed me how to use cash as opposed to my debit card, which wasn't any good at the time of the car wash. I observed her dumping buddy bear garbage receptacles when she turned and asked if I needed help. A most valuable employee. Hard to find good and excellent help such as Maria Harris. Thank you

LOVE THIS CARWASH. Very well kempt. The vacuums work very well and it's nice to not have to deal with always putting quarters in. I did the $10 to wash off any salt from the winter and my car looks great!
