Horrible experience.They let a stranger walk in and took their instructions on what to do with my mother in laws body. As a result she was wrongfully embalmed. When we communicated we wanted to take her body elsewhere they wouldn't let us without charging an unreasonable fee. We ended up having to pay for death certificates there since they were already filed. Now we got a call saying they're gonna refund and can no longer issue us the death certificates, further delaying the memorial service of my dear mother in law.Don't take your loved ones here Mr. Brookins is extremely greedy and cold hearted. It was hot and the chairs were cramped together. I couldn't see the person speaking because of a random lamp on a table in the middle. It was dim and the speaker system wasn't up to par for it being 2022. Went up for the final viewing with some guy who works there hovering over us. My aunt did not look good. That cheap lipstick was smeared and left clups on her lips.
