After my hamster died, although this was a few years ago, the reason for the change in rating. Long story short my hamster got sick I took him to this place they examined him he got some food stuck in his teeth the vet gave him some medicine and I asked the vet was my baby gonna be alright the vet said yes but a few days later my baby wasn't getting better and ended up dying in my hands. If they knew my hamster wasn't going to get better then they should have told me but instead they said yes and took the money

I have been taking my Yorkie there since he was about 16 weeks and he is now 9 years old. I will not go anywhere else. He don't like the, he won't like any other. ets either. But I love and trust them with my fur baby.

I recently adopted a 2.5 year old rottie mix and I needed to get him set up with a vet. Bronzeville Animal Clinic is only a few minutes from me and I wanted to stay local and small. I am so glad I came here; the entire team is so friendly and welcoming from my initial call, to arrival/check-in, to the exam. Dr. Gill was awesome with my dog, who got a little spooked at one point. I'm really thankful to have stumbled upon their office!
