I get there and the space is warm and welcoming. I love how they have plants there (I am amazed at how these plants are doing well with all the animals that go there). I went there because I was recommended by another vet who was booked and needed immediate help for my baby tabby cat. Everyone did a great job. All were friendly and warm. There were a few things I think can be improved upon as far as getting test results sooner, but perhaps they are low staffed and need help? Otherwise a good place to go. Thank you for helping my cat!

First time and I loved it. Lobby clean and odor free. Entire staff SO KIND and detailed with all information. Everyone treated my dog with so much attention and care. The lobby pet is so cool, really nice bird and the appointment process was smooth easy and fast with many options for booking. I’m so glad my baby has a new vet!

Wonderful, polite staff. But never have I been to a vet clinic where they keep animals in lone captivity. They got a chinchilla engaged as a prop in the office. Locked in a small cage by himself all day every day.. and a lone turtle as well. The turtle dont have no type of setup or nothing in the aquarium just water. How can a business that is about helping animals and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of animals for the community can on the otherhand practicing inhumane treatment of their own pets. I can longer patronize this place because of my stance against animal abuse/neglect and everytime I go there my energy shifts. Never again.
