I can't thank Candice, Gilbert & Dr Kim enough for the kindness & professionalism they extended to me & my Paisley on Friday morning. I live only a block away from Broadway AH after recently moving to the neighborhood & am not, yet, an established client. However, on Friday morning, it was clear that my 19 year old kitty was in distress at the end of her life & that we would not be able to keep a previously scheduled euthanasia appointment. Broadway was able to get us in within a couple of hours for an exam & consult to make end of life decisions. I have worked in vet med & rescue. I was fairly certain I would be sent to a ER clinic. Instead, Paisley & I were treated with compassion and care at our local veterinarian. I will be establishing my other kitty with Broadway AH for her future care. Again, thank you for your care on a very sad day.

Dr. Perry is a breath of fresh air. He listened, ran some tests, then quickly diagnosed my cat's digestive issue and got us set up with a supplement and the right food, and just a day or so later, she was zooming around the apartment acting like a kitten (she's 10). Thank you, everyone at BAH; from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors, everyone I've had contact with is skilled, caring, and friendly. I appreciate you all.
Prices are reasonable; they provide a very important service and do it well.

Both Tech Ayelet and Dr. Perry were very kind and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to the hospital, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. I brought my cat in for a routine post-adoption checkup. Ayelet performed a thorough examination and explained everything clearly, breaking down the medical terms into simple English, which I really appreciated.
There was a bit of a wait, about 20–25 minutes, before Dr. Perry came in, as he was handling an emergency case. During the exam, he noticed a hard lump near my cat’s incision area and recommended an X-ray to rule out a hernia. The X-ray was done immediately, and thankfully the results were negative. I was also given the invoice beforehand, which I found helpful.
I’m not sure if this is typical for a routine checkup, but the total cost was about $400 (with the X-ray itself costing $185). Sharing these details in case it helps others understand the pricing at this animal hospital.

The tech was very nice and good with my cat. The vet was also very nice and understanding and patient, even when my cat hissed and was upset. The clinic is clean and affordable as well. Definitely making Dr. Kim my primary vet and sticking to ABH for my pet's needs.

I walked in to inquire about services for our newly diagnosed hyperthyroid cat and the receptionist was informative, compassionate and offered an appointment for the next day. I was impressed with the cleanliness and brightness of the large space.
Things only got better from there. The appointment with Dr. Popp began with information gathering and quick exam by technician Ivan. Very personable and obviously competent. Was able to perform an oral exam that previous new vet “deferred due to patient personality”. Dr. Popp was very friendly/relatable, thorough and concerned. She also performed other elements of exam (ex, obtaining urine specimen) that other vet also deferred. At every step, I was made aware of what the (yeah, kind of high) charges were going to be.
What was also awesome is that they ran bloodwork on site and results were immediately available so we could make treatment decisions right away.
I highly recommend BAH and have already recommended them to friends who have since made appointments. You should too.
