It’s been about a week since my Botox treatment and I’m really happy with the results. My wrinkles are basically gone, but I still have movement in my face so everything looks natural and not frozen.

They were very gentle with the injections and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. Caitlyn also did my VISIA facial scan, which gave me a really detailed report about my skin and things I can improve going forward. I’ve honestly never had a place use technology that advanced before.

Overall it was a great experience and I definitely plan on going back.

I had the consultation with Dr. Francis and he taught me so much about my skin and how to take care of it. BRB has state of the art equipment to analyze your skin to the cellular level, to ensure that you get the most accurate plan of care. I was so amazed how they can even predict and show you how your face would look like in the future (by decade) if you take care of your skin as is. On top of that, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed. Everything was explained to me in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. I appreciate that they don’t hard sell anything at all. I had an amazing experience at BRB for my Moxi & BBL Heroic treatment! I’m very happy with the results and the entire experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations.

Special thanks to Caitlyn, who did such a wonderful job. She was incredibly nice, friendly, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process relaxing and enjoyable.

The clinic itself was very clean, welcoming, and professional. All of the staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating, which made the visit even better.
