It's difficult to complain about a massage, BUT this was not a good experience. It looks as if they converted a guest room into a massage room. No locker room, no waiting area. Calling this a spa is a stretch. I would not recommend. If you look at my reviews, I rarely complain. We had a couples massage and the room was so small they kept bumping into one another and us.

Terrible customer service. Very disappointed with my experience. I booked 2 services for our 10 yes wedding anniversary and confirmed twice to make sure they had our reservation and times due to some bad reviews I had seen. We showed up for our massages and were told they only had one person working and they could not do them at the same time as they promised several times over the phone. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time if you time here!!

Came here with a voucher for an 80min. Apparently even after informing them that I had an 80min, they still scheduled me for a 50min. Then after my session was over tried to make the situation whole with an additional 10min. The massage itself was mediocre. Wouldn't return or recommed even with a voucher.
