We had a new roof put on our house and garage (from hail storm) and new gutters and window trim, etc. Big City Construction work crew were very professional, polite, hard working on stripping, shingling our house and garage, installing new gutters, etc. They cleaned up very well when they were done. They did an awesome job. Thank you Rafael Viquez you did a awesome job in taking care of everything with our home insurance. From start to finish. We didn't have to do anything ourself. Rafael said he would take care of everything and that is just what he did. We would highly recommend Big City Construction and Rafael. Thank you all for your hard work.

Rafael came out to assess the condition of our roof and went above and beyond, even battling with our insurance company to make sure the damage was covered. Once everything was approved, Miguel and his crew arrived and worked like clockwork—his team moved in unison, stayed professional from start to finish, and put our roof back together flawlessly.
Before choosing Big City Construction, I did my research and learned the owner has been in business for nearly 30 years. That experience really shows in the quality of their work and customer care.
