I’m a man of a certain age, and I’ll admit, this is not normally the kind of thing I do for myself. But after my experience at Betty O Spa, I may have to rethink that.
I did the mud bath, the 74-jet tub, a facial, manicure and pedicure, and an incredible massage. From beginning to end, the entire experience was amazing. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed and taken care of in a way I didn’t realize I needed.
And as a Black man, I want to say this especially to other Black men: there is a lot coming at us in this world, every single day. We carry more than we sometimes acknowledge, and we have to get better about making time to take care of ourselves. Self-care… read full review
