I've been getting my haircut here now for a couple years and every stylist I've had an appointment with have been so reliable. The facilities and staff are also very nice. Overall a very comfortable environment to be in.
The stylists also read and record the appointment notes you give them when you book. So it pays off to go consistently and be honest/transparent about what you want.
Larysa was amazing in every way, I had a color & cut, first haircut or anything donesto my hair in a shop since hair transplant and she was fantastic explaing the color plan, the cut after the color process, and how to wash and style it with product she recommended as ee finished up. She was right on time for the consult and waiting for me right at 10am appt time for the main appt. She is super professional and fun to talk with too. An A+ 5 Star experience at Bespoke as a new Chicagoan in the South Loop! Recommend 100%.
