Today I went to her and my braids do not look like the picture I showed her she was looking at I asked her if she could redo my hair or refund me my money she instantly got to be defensive and wasn’t trying to fix my hair and I wasn’t being disrespectful I was asking nicely

If I could give Miss A a zero I definitely would my appointment was Thursday July 20th at 9:30 a.m. I was there at 9:15 a.m. waited until 9:36 a.m. you did not arrive can you see anyone from your camera ringing doorbell.

Went to Anna for faux locs, 3 weeks after getting faux locs most of my twist started to unravel. I kindly went back to her shop to show her when I showed Anna she asked “what you want me to do about it” with a attitude she said she couldn’t fix at the moment because she was booked. So as I was exiting her shop she came to the door and said “if you want me to fix them I’m not doing them for free” I feel that it was wrong I had faux locs before I’m positive they last more than 3 weeks.
