That said, I’ve followed Erica from River Forest to Rosemont, to North Ave. Yes, SHE IS THAT GOOD!
My frame of reference is the famous ZIZI, who is the Grand Dame of Brows. I’ve been a Benefit Brow Customer since 2008 and all brow experts are not equal.
Trust me. After spending a significant amount of time curating my brows, I visited another Brow Bar when my regular expert was on leave and I left looking like Betty Boop. I LOVE Betty, it’s not what I wanted. The ladies know how much of a setback this was.

Consistency is key for me when it comes to my eyebrows. Erica is a master at her craft. My eyebrows are always waxed and shaped so perfectly. She takes her time to ensure your eyebrows are perfect. I've followed her to all the Ulta stores she relocated too. You will not be disappointed when Erica is done with your brows.
