I love going to Nadine to address my skin care concerns every month! I have tried many different esthetician’s downtown over the years and finally found perfection in every way with Nadine! Her knowledge of the skin and course of a treatment plan is always on target! My skin is glowing always for days after a facial . I also do more advanced facial treatments like hydradermabrasion or PCA chemical exfoliation . I love how she makes my skin glow !. The experience at the same time is so relaxing with a mediation, facial, hand neck and décolleté massage! I highly recommend Nadine and am so thankful to have found her!

I had a relaxing experience & positive results from my facial at Bella Faccia. I will be back. I usually get facials downtown, but was intrigued by a local shop so close to home in downtown Norwood Park. The facility is small, but very well-kept and clean. Nadine works by appointment only so it isn't crowded in there. The bed in the room has a warming feature, which made my experience nice & cozy. After assessing my skin, Nadine recommended an enzyme peel facial + a deep hydrating treatment. The products are high-quality and did just fine on my sensitive skin. While my face treatments were on, Nadine massaged my hands, arms, feet, and legs. I wasn't expecting that --- it was a very welcome bonus and super relaxing! In addition to having a welcoming treatment room and professional products, it's nice to connect with the person who is treating you. Nadine is not only knowledgeable about skincare, but a down-to-earth person and was a pleasure to talk with. After my treatment was over & I was checking out, Nadine answered some questions I had about products and she gave me a free sample. I enjoyed my experience at Bella Faccia and made another appointment for the future. I'm looking forward to coming back to Nadine's skin studio.
